FNB is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to analyze data and generate strategic insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will integrate data sources, develop BI solutions, and provide reporting for operational, tactical, and strategic purposes. This full-time role offers the chance to contribute to BI initiatives within a dynamic banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs to provide actionable BI insights
• Execute BI projects aligned to strategy and performance measures
• Integrate data assets and leverage existing tools
• Extract data, build BI technical requirements, and resolve queries
• Prepare BRS documents and support BI solution design
• Create business summaries and derive insights from analytics
• Support knowledge-sharing and maintain the BI repository

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification required
• 3–5 years’ experience in Business Intelligence
• Proficient in SAS and SQL coding
• Experience with Power BI or SSRS is essential
